Everyday Heroes’ Training Course – Mobility of Youth Workers

Are you from Albania, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain or the United Kingdom?

.

Are you a youth worker/ educator/leader or a volunteer who is actively engaged in projects about civic education, civil courage, Human Rights countering Hate Speech? Are you interested in learning methods and tools that foster civil courage which you can then share in your local community?

.

The Everyday Heroes Training Course aims to train youth workers, youth educators and trainers (aged 22+ years old) in promoting civil courage based on democratic values through performing arts, digital media, simulation games, study-visits, film screenings, campaigns, and case studies.

Dates: 12-19.11.18

Location: Dresden, Germany

The Everyday Heroes Training Course includes activities that foster cross-cultural learning and the exchange between participants.

.

Accommodation, meals and travel costs are covered by the Erasmus+ Programme. The travel expenses are reimbursed based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator.

Before applying, please make sure that you are:

  • a youth- worker, youth leader, youth educator or volunteer in a youth organisation/centre
  • over 22 years old
  • willing to acquire and develop your knowledge and skills in civic education
  • a legal resident of one of the participating countries

.
