As part of the CREATION project, five multiplier events were held on 18, 19, 24, 25 and 26 November 2021 at KulturCentrale in Dresden. Each event had 10 participants, who shared 10 ideas and presented 3 projects. A presentation of the CREATION project and its results and of the host organisation, Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V., was made at the beginning followed by the ice-breaking activity “Draw your Path” where each participant was asked to sketch their own life and career path. After this activity, participants joined the speed dating activity where they had one minute to answer questions about themselves so that they get to know each other. The facilitator made a presentation of mind mapping, the 6 thinking hats and the canvas method. Finally, a world-café activity took place where participants were divided into 2 groups and were working on their mind maps with the aim of presenting their ideas and projects. The participants gave very positive feedback on this event and this learning experience and would like to join more often such kind of events.
