Sport for All – Search for participants in trainings in Amsterdam and Athens
Are you active in sport and interested in inclusive societies and sustainability and what the EU offers in the field of youth and sport? Would you like to go abroad with people from 7 European countries to learn about what you can do to make these goals a reality?
We offer two interesting short international training courses, one in Amsterdam for trainers, sports teachers and people active in sports clubs, the other in Athens for young athletes (16-30). Accommodation and meals are provided and 80% of the travel costs are covered.
The main topics of the training events are the following: 1) The EU Youth Policies and EU Youth Goals, 2) Intercultural skills for coaching, and 3) Skills to organise inclusive sport sessions and events.
These training events are part of the European project “ACTIVE” (Erasmus+ Programme, KA3: European Youth Together), whose main objective is to strengthen the European youth goals and the future EU youth policy through the implementation of inclusive and sustainable grassroots sports activities. The project partner organisations are the European network FARE for Fairness in Football, the European Network for Sports Education ENSE, ASSIST (national organisation for female athletes of Italy), GEA from Italy, KMOP from Greece, DOTS from Portugal and Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. from Germany.
