GreenHub [2026]
About This Project
GreenHub
Learning, Playing and Acting for a More Sustainable Future

Project Duration: 01.03.2026 – 31.12.2026
Project Overview
GreenHub is an innovative digital learning and experience platform designed to empower young people to better understand sustainability and actively contribute to climate protection through informed everyday choices. The project responds to the growing need for accessible, engaging, and action-oriented climate education that helps young people connect global environmental challenges with their own lifestyles and consumption habits.
Many young people are aware of the climate crisis but often feel overwhelmed by its complexity or uncertain about how they can make a meaningful difference. GreenHub addresses this challenge by translating complex sustainability issues into practical, relatable learning experiences. The project focuses particularly on the topic of fashion and consumption, using the example of fast fashion to explore the connections between consumer behaviour, environmental sustainability, resource use, climate change, and social justice.
Through a combination of digital learning, gamification, and non-formal education, GreenHub encourages participants not only to increase their knowledge but also to develop the confidence, skills, and motivation needed to adopt more sustainable lifestyles and act as ambassadors for positive change within their communities.
