About This Project

MAGDALENA ZAPOTOCZNA holds a doctorate in Social Sciences. She studied education, German language, and literature at the Universities of Zielona, Gora, and Poznan Poland, and Leipzig Germany. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship in the education system and strengthening the links between education and business. She has 10 years of experience in adult education, including designing courses, workshops, and training seminars in the academic and social fields. As a long-time Erasmus+ coordinator, she has gained intensive experience in the field of intercultural education and organisational management of Erasmus+ KA2 projects. She is an active member of the Polish Pedagogical Society and is involved in various cultural and educational projects in the border region.

At Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V., Magdalena works as a project management assistant and supports the team in the development and implementation of educational concepts, the planning and execution of educational events, as well as the implementation and reporting of various local and EU-wide projects.
