About This Project

MARIA FRANCESCA MELE holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations with a focus on Human Rights from the University of Perugia, Italy, and a Postgraduate Degree in Gender Studies from the University of Roma Tre, Italy. Her academic work concentrated on gender-based violence in international humanitarian law.

She has accumulated international experience in the UK, Italy, India, and Turkey. Since 2020, she has been actively involved in Erasmus+ initiatives, enhancing her expertise in non-formal education and youth empowerment. From 2022, she has participated in various projects addressing gender equality, sustainability, migration, and entrepreneurship through both face-to-face and online activities. At JKPeV, she contributes to project implementation, content development, and research.
