Project Manager

 

VICTORIA KOSTANTINI holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Economics & Entrepreneurship from Erasmus University Rotterdam, NL and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic & Regional Development from Panteion University of Athens, GR. Her academic work has explored cultural sustainability, traditional cultural heritage, and the social dimensions of economic development. She has gained experience in EU-funded programmes such as Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe, contributing to research, proposal writing, and project implementation. Victoria has collaborated with artists and cultural institutions on the development and presentation of artistic projects and has gained practical experience in coordination and storytelling through short film production. Her work focuses on socially engaged artistic practices and on using arts and culture to support social participation, inclusion, and community engagement, with particular attention to themes of gender, race, power, and cultural awareness. At JKPeV, she works as a Cultural Project Manager, proposal writer, and researcher, supporting the implementation of European and international initiatives in Education, Culture, and the Arts, contributing to resource development, and helping to build partnerships with cultural organisations and artists across Europe.
