DESCRIPTION:Olga Yochevas Kunst ist eine Hommage an die Schlichtheit und erkundet dabei zwei verschiedene\, aber miteinander verbundene Motive: Frauen und Krähen. In ihrer ersten Serie porträtiert Olga Frauen als abstrahierte\, nackte Figuren\, wobei sie bewusst auf Gesichtszüge verzichtet\, um ihre universelle Natur zu betonen. Diese Figuren sind nicht an eine bestimmte Identität gebunden\, sondern stehen als Symbole für kollektive Weiblichkeit\, Stärke und Widerstandsfähigkeit und repräsentieren die Kraft und Schönheit\, die allen Frauen innewohnt.\nIm Gegensatz dazu befasst sich ihre Serie über Krähen mit der Intelligenz und Komplexität dieser faszinierenden Vögel. Gefesselt von ihrer Fähigkeit\, sich Wissen zu merken und es über Generationen hinweg weiterzugeben\, reflektiert Olga über Themen wie Erinnerung\, Kontinuität und Weisheit. Die komplexen sozialen Netzwerke der Krähen spiegeln menschliche Verbindungen wider und machen sie zu einem ergreifenden Symbol für die tieferen Strömungen des Lebens.\nIndem sie diese beiden Themen nebeneinander stellt\, regt Skin and Feathers zum Nachdenken über die Vernetzung von Wissen\, Identität und Lebensmustern an und bietet den Betrachtenden eine einzigartige Perspektive auf Stärke und Erinnerung durch die Augen von Mensch und Tier. \nOlga Yocheva arbeitet mit verschiedenen Kunstformen\, darunter Malerei\, Grafikdesign\, Performance und Videokunst. Sie studierte Kunst und Pädagogik an der Universität Sofia Kliment Ohridski in Bulgarien und Digitale Videoproduktion am SAE Institute in Leipzig\, Deutschland.\nMit mehreren Einzelausstellungen und der Teilnahme an zahlreichen internationalen Kunstprojekten hat sich Olga einen festen Platz in der zeitgenössischen Kunstszene erarbeitet.
