DESCRIPTION:Culture Jam Session & Concert – Hsiao-Han Grace Chuang @ KulturCentrale on 29 February at 8:00 pm\n\nHsiao-Han Grace Chuang is performing with the Zheng instrument whicht originated in China and is a Chinese plucked string instrument. It has different modifications in different Asian countries. It is called Koto in Japan\, Dan tranh in Vietnam\, Gayageum in South Korea and Yatuoge in Mongolia. In other places in the world\, this type of instrument has its relatives. In Arabic culture\, it is called Kanoun. In the Western world\, it is Zither which originated in ancient Greece.\nIn this music performance Hsiao-Han Grace Chuang will perform GuZheng pieces from traditional\, pop and contemporary music. From this ancient musical instrument we can listen its beauty of history and we have in the same time the possibility to perform modern pieces.

DESCRIPTION:BEWEGUNGSFORM FARBE\nAusstellung von Yevgeny Feldmann @ Full Moon Gallery \n  \nIn den Werken von Yevgeny Feldmann verschmelzen Musik und Malerei zu einer einzigartigen Einheit. Als malender Musiker geht er über traditionelle Grenzen hinaus und erkundet die Verbindung zwischen Klang und Farbe. Seine Pinselstriche sind wie Noten auf einer Leinwand\, jede Bewegung eine musikalische Geste. \nDer in der Ukraine geborene Künstler (Pianist\, Komponist und Maler) hat seine Klavierausbildung an der Moskauer Staatlichen Hochschule für Musik/Gnessins Institut abgeschlossen. Gleich danach folgten erste Engagements an der Staatlichen Hochschule für Theaterkünste und am Staatlichen Akademischen Bolschoi Theater in Moskau. Seit August 1996 ist er Pianist an der Sächsischen Staatsoper (Semperoper) in Dresden. Als Maler und Grafiker bestritt er mehrere Jahressoloausstellungen in Dresden unter anderem 2012 am Carl Gustav Carus Universitätsklinikum\, 2013 am Fachgerichtszentrum und 2019 in der Deutschen Bank Filiale Prager Straße. Yevgeny Feldmann nahm zudem an einer Vielzahl von Gruppenausstellungen teil\, unter anderem 2008 an der Werkschau „MIT AUGEN HÖREN 2“ in der Semperoper Dresden. Seine Gemälde und Grafiken wurden bereits von zahlreichen Arztpraxen und Anwaltskanzleien in Dresden erworben und drei seiner Bilder sind mittlerweile in staatlichem Besitz. \n  \nDie Bewegungsform der Farbe wird bei Yevgeny Feldmann zu einer lebendigen Choreografie. Jeder Pinselstrich tanzt im Rhythmus seiner Inspiration\, und die Farben werden zu harmonischen Melodien. DESCRIPTION:Musikalische Lesung über das Ghetto Theresienstadt mit TV-Star Roman Knižka\, der Theresienstadt-Überlebenden Edith Erbrich und dem Bläserquintett OPUS 45. Edith Erbrich schildert im Rahmen der musikalischen Lesung ihre Erinnerungen an Theresienstadt und steht im Anschluss für Gespräche/Begegnungen zur Verfügung.\nLaeiszhalle (Großer Saal) – Eintritt frei!!! \nSchirmherrschaft: Senator Ties Rabe\, Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung\nIm Jahr 1941 errichtete die SS in der böhmischen Stadt Terezín das Lager Theresienstadt. Es diente bis 1945 als Gefängnis für 150.000 deutsche\, österreichische\, tschechische\, später auch holländische und dänische Juden. Sie alle wurden zu Opfern der menschenverachtenden nationalsozialistischen Rassenideologie. Jede:r vierte der in Theresienstadt inhaftierten Jüdinnen und Juden starb dort. Von den fast 15.000 Kindern\, die nach Theresienstadt kamen\, überlebten nur 132. Für Unzählige war der Ort ein „Vorhof der Hölle“. Die letzte Station vor dem Weitertransport in Vernichtungslager wie das KZ Auschwitz-Birkenau. \nEs scheint rückblickend kaum vorstellbar\, dass sich in Theresienstadt trotz katastrophaler Lebensbedingungen\, zermürbender Zwangsarbeit\, ständigem Hunger\, Krankheit und der allgegenwärtigen Todesangst ein reges kulturelles Leben entwickelte: Organisiert von den Inhaftierten gab es Vorträge\, Theater- und Opernaufführungen\, Kabarett\, Jazzkonzerte sowie zahlreiche Kammermusikdarbietungen. Über fünfzig Mal wurde allein die Kinderoper „Brundibár“ des deutsch-tschechischen Komponisten Hans Krása mit großem Erfolg aufgeführt. Vom Singen im Chor bis hin zur Gestaltung des Bühnenbilds wirkten Kinder und Jugendliche an der Inszenierung maßgeblich mit. Für junge Menschen war die künstlerische Betätigung und der Unterricht\, den jüdische Künstler:innen und Pädagog:innen im Lager organisierten\, von großer Bedeutung. Beides enthob\, zumindest für einen Augenblick\, von den Grauen des Alltags. Wie vielfältig die Kreativität junger Menschen in Theresienstadt war\, dokumentieren zahlreiche Texte\, Gedichte und Zeichnungen. \nDie kulturellen Aktivitäten von Kindern\, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen in Theresienstadt wurden seitens der nationalsozialistischen Machthaber erst geduldet\, später auf zynische Weise für Propagandazwecke missbraucht: Theresienstadt wurde der Weltöffentlichkeit als „Musterlager“ mit vielseitigem Freizeitangebot präsentiert. Im Auftrag der SS entstand der Propagandafilm „Theresienstadt. Ein Dokumentarfilm aus dem jüdischen Siedlungsgebiet“. Der Film zeigt u.a. die Uraufführung eines Orchesterwerks des hochbegabten tschechischen Komponisten Pavel Haas. Dieser stand bei den Aufnahmen selbst am Pult. Kurz nach Abschluss der Dreharbeiten wurde Pavel Haas wie fast alle Mitwirkenden des Films in das KZ Auschwitz-Birkenau deportiert und dort ermordet. \nDie musikalische Lesung „Ich wand’re durch Theresienstadt …“ erinnert an das unfassbare Leid\, die Hoffnungen und die künstlerische Selbstbehauptung der in Theresienstadt inhaftierten Jüdinnen und Juden. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf den Schicksalen damals junger Menschen. Roman Knižka liest aus Erinnerungen u.a. von Ruth Klüger\, Eva Erben\, Helga Hošková-Weissová\, Hannelore Brenner-Wonschick\, Gerty Spies und Margot Kleinberger. Gedichte und Texte von Kindern und Jugendlichen\, die in Theresienstadt inhaftiert waren\, kommen ebenso zu Gehör\, wie Lyrik der als Kinderkrankenschwester arbeitenden Schriftstellerin Ilse Weber. \nEdith Erbrich\, eine Überlebende des Ghettos\, wird ihre Erinnerungen an Theresienstadt selbst schildern. Am 14. Februar 1945 wurde die damals siebenjährige Edith mit ihrer Schwester und ihrem jüdischen Vater in einem der letzten Transporte von Frankfurt/Main nach Theresienstadt deportiert. Der katholischen Mutter wurde die Mitfahrt verweigert. Die Weiterdeportation nach Auschwitz zur Vernichtung war bereits auf den 9. Mai festgelegt\, da befreite in der Nacht zum 8. Mai 1945 die russische Armee das Lager. Vater und Töchter hatten überlebt. \nDas Bläserquintett OPUS 45 spielt Kompositionen u.a. von Pavel Haas\, Hans Krása\, Viktor Ullmann und Gideon Klein. In Theresienstadt inhaftiert und von den Nationalsozialisten ermordet\, geriet das Werk dieser bedeutenden Komponisten nach Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs lange Zeit in Vergessenheit. \nVom 12. bis 16. Februar besuchen Roman Knižka und die Musiker:innen des Bläserquintetts OPUS 45 im Rahmen des Projekts ausgewählte Schulen in Hamburg. SUMMARY:Durch Verformung in die Gegenwart Ausstellung von Aren Shahnazaryan
DESCRIPTION:In der Ausstellung “Durch Verformung in die Gegenwart” präentiert der Maler Aren Shahnazaryan vom 28. Oktober bis 27. November in der Full Moon Gallery seine neuesten Werke. Gezeigt werden Gemälde\, die sich durch eine energische Pinselführung\, einen kühnen Ansatz zur Bildgestaltung\, sowie durch Form und Farbe in einer intensiven visuellen Sprache auszeichnen. Sein individueller Malprozess ermöglicht dem Künstler\, verschiedene Zustände der Bilder zu erforschen und dabei unbekannte Wege zu beschreiten. In seinen neuen Arbeiten rekonstruiert und deformiert Aren Shahnazaryan intuitiv die malerische sowie inhaltliche Substanz eines jeden Bildes\, bis ein ursprünglich ungeahntes oder nur grob angedeutetes Motiv zum Ausdruck kommt. Diese Motive sind eng mit dem aktuellen Rauschen des Daseins durch das malerische Medium verwoben. \n  \nAren Shahnazaryan studierte an der Staatlichen Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Jerewan\, war bis 2017 Leiter der Grafikwerkstatt im Bildungszentrum “Mkhitar Sebastaci” und machte 2022 sein Diplom in Bildender Kunst an der HfBK Dresden bei Prof. Ralf Kerbach. Er ist Repräsentant der Armenischen Stiftung für Bildende Kunst in Deutschland und Meisterschüler an der HfBK Dresden bei Prof. Ralf Kerbach. Aren Shahnazaryan schreibt den visuellen Elementen seiner Werke keine feste Bedeutung zu\, sondern versucht\, in jedem Stück eine Atmosphäre zu schaffen\, welche seine persönlichen Erfahrungen und Empfindungen reflektiert. On display are paintings characterised by energetic brushwork\, a bold approach to pictorial composition\, and form and colour in an intense visual language. His individual painting process allows the artist to explore different states of the paintings\, treading uncharted paths. In his new works\, Aren Shahnazaryan intuitively reconstructs and deforms the painterly as well as textual substance of each painting until an originally unsuspected or only roughly hinted motif is expressed. These motifs are closely interwoven with the current noise of existence through the painterly medium. \n  \nAren Shahnazaryan studied at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Yerevan\, was head of the graphics workshop at the “Mkhitar Sebastaci” education centre until 2017 and graduated in fine arts from the HfBK Dresden in 2022 with Prof. Ralf Kerbach. He is a representative of the Armenian Foundation for Fine Arts in Germany and a master student at the HfBK Dresden under Prof. Ralf Kerbach. DESCRIPTION:  \nNarek Arzumanyan wurde 1988 in Eriwan\, Armenien\, geboren. Er machte 2008 seinen Abschluss an der Staatlichen Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Eriwan nach P. Terlemezyan und studierte zwischen 2009 und 2011 an der Staatlichen Akademie der Bildenden Künste. Seine erste Ausstellung eröffnete er 2009 in der Artists’ Union of Armenia. Seit 2011 lebt er in Deutschland. Die Werke von Narek Arzumanyan befinden sich in privaten Sammlungen und öffentlichen Museen auf der ganzen Welt. \n“Integration eines Wolfes” zeigt eine Reihe von Selbstporträts\, von Narek Arzumanyan.\nIn einem Asylheim in Deutschland schaut der Künstler viele Naturdokumentationen und erkennt Parallelen zwischen sich und einsamen Raubtieren. Schon als Kind war Arzumanyan am liebsten in der Natur\, für ihn gab es kaum Unterschied zwischen Mensch und Tier. Häufig spielte er als Schakal\, Fuchs oder Wolf. Diese Tiere begleiten ihn nicht nur bis in sein Erwachsenenalter\, sondern auch in seine Kunst. Vor allem mit dem einsamen Wolf fühlt sich Arzumanyan so sehr verbunden\, dass er sich selbst als einen sieht und darstellt. DESCRIPTION:Im Frühjahr des Jahres 1912 begegneten sich Suzanne Perrottet\, Meisterschülerin bei Émile Jacques-Dalcroze in Hellerau\, und Rudolf Laban im Sanatorium von Lahmann auf dem Weißen Hirsch und verliebten sich. \nEin Jahr später organisierten sie den ersten Sommertanzkurs auf dem Monte Verità bei Ascona in der Schweiz. Nach Ausbruch des ersten Weltkrieges in der Schweiz isoliert\, entwickelte Rudolf Laban zusammen mit Suzanne Perrottet\, Maja Lederer\, Mary Wigman u. a. die Theorie des modernen Tanzes. Dieser wurde im Dezember des Jahres 2023 auf die UNESCO-Liste des immateriellen Weltkulturerbes gesetzt\, aber der Name Laban ist nicht wirklich im Bewusstsein der deutschen Öffentlichkeit. \nDiese Ausstellung möchte an diese Begegnung von Suzanne und Rudolf erinnern. \n  \nDer Konzeptkünstler\, Jean Kirsten\, wurde 1966 in Dresden geboren\, Seit 1990 studierte er Malerei und Grafik bei Günter Horlbeck an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Dresden. 1995 wurde er Meisterschüler von Günther Hornig und war sein einziger Assistent von 1998 bis 2004. Er ist Mitglied der Laban Guild International. Seit 2009 beschäftigt sich Jean Kirsten mit der Raum-Harmonielehre von Rudolf Laban und seiner Kinetographie\, auch Labanotation genannt. \nEr hatte bisher über 100 Einzelausstellungen auf vier Kontinenten (Europa\, Nord- und Südamerika\, Australien) \n  \n  \n04. We have an exciting opportunity that welcomes participants from all over the world to create a short documentary and share their voice with the public. \n  \nWe welcome participants from all countries\, and any social issue that impacts the community can be highlighted. If you’re interested in participating but haven’t produced a documentary film before\, check out the free ENACTING online course (https://enacting-project.eu/mooc-platform/) that provides guidance on how to create a compelling documentary\, from ideation to editing. Check out the details below! \nAlthough we will accept films of all lengths\, we prefer short films between 5-15 minutes. \nYou don’t need to use a top-of-the-line video camera to shoot your documentary.
