Playing radicalGAME in Germany

  |   News

Over the last few months, JKPeV has taken the radicalGAME project to the next level! The game is now reaching more people to promote democratic dialogue, resilience, and civic participation.

Training Youth Workers

We introduced radicalGAME to 36 youth workers, facilitators, educators, and teachers. The goal was to show how the game works so they can use it in their own activities.

Why was this important?
Feedback showed that participants found the game clear, practical, and interactive. Most feel confident to use radicalGAME in schools, youth centers, and multicultural settings.

Playing with Young People

Next, we tested radicalGAME with 20 young participants! They explored scenarios, discussed solutions, and tried to convince others to take action, all while playing fictional roles and keeping their identities secret.

Why was this important?
It helped young people reflect on polarised views, build empathy, strengthen resilience, and think critically—all in a fun and engaging way.

The Outcome
radicalGAME has proven to be an effective tool for dialogue, understanding, and active participation. We’re excited to continue sharing it and fostering conversations that tackle sensitive topics and help shape the society we want to see!
